It's easy! Just send an e-mail message to:
Leave the subject line blank*. Type only the message:
subscribe periop YourFirstName
YourLastName
Add nothing else, not even punctuation! Remember, computers
are exceptionally logical yet terribly dumb.
You will first receive a confirmation notice marked "confirmation
cookie"; just send it back unchanged. Then you will receive
a copy of the WELCOME message.
You must include your name in the subscription
message, although it will not go out onto the Internet. I do not
sell or give away the subscriber list unless I get permission
from 100% of the members.

I know it can be difficult for some, especially AOL users, to
subscribe to mailing lists. If your software will not allow you
to leave the subject line blank, just put a single period (.)
on that line. Or contact me directly and I
can sign you up.
